How do I place an order online?

  1. Browse our product range in the store
  2. Select products and add to order by clicking "Add to Order"
  3. Click "Checkout" and follow the steps
    ( credit card payments are accepted by phone or fax only. )

How will my products be sent?

We use Australia post for items up to 3kgs. Orders over this weight are per order, for those that wish to organise their own freight please advise at time of ordering.

Can I return products I have purchased?

A 20% restocking / handling fee will be applicable for all correctly shipped, unused items returned within 30 days. Parts that have been abused, incorrectly installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
It is up to the purchaser to advise us of any returns prior to returning within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be issued with a product return tracking number that must be attached to any goods when returning for refund. Refunds are for product only, all shipping costs / labour are at the expense of purchaser.
