Snake Racing is proud to announce their support of the WorldRiderz Foundation and their mission to establish a global, chronic kidney disease network.

Snake Racing has donated Rigid Industries LED Lighting for each of the striking, tiger inspired KTM Adventure 900 touring bikes. Good lighting will be crucial to the success of their journey and we are confident our donation will ensure the WorldRiderz will be able to see the road ahead, regardless of the riding conditions they are challenged with.

The WorldRiderz Foundation has been established to to set up a “Global Renal Network” (GRN), which will allow international communication between medical professionals via a custom web based research platform. Their goal is to actively help by funding research, building and update the GRN and work towards finding a cure for Chronic Kidney Disease.

“This charity is all about giving kids, teenagers and adults access to better treatments and new therapies to make their life a better place. The idea is to make sure that as at, an early age as possible, young kids will get the best medical programs to fight against a malformation that is affecting too many of us worldwide.” Stephane Etienne

The WorldRiderz are kicking off the Foundation with an epic motorbike ride from Sydney to Paris, that will be closely followed by the Discovery Channel. Stephane Etienne and Paul Torriero will ride KTM Adventure 900’s though diverse cultures and breath-taking landscapes as they visit Hospitals and chronic kidney disease patients.

Come and wish Stephane and Paul safe travels at their official journey departure from the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick on July 24th 2010, 8am.
